is a Transgender Queer multimedia artist from Ottawa, Ontario with a bachelor of fine arts from the University of Ottawa.
His work is used to weave Trans centered folktales, using elements from mythology, fauna, and surrealism.
He utilizes poetry, sculptural installation, pyrography, media art and painting as the multiple mediums allow him to explore creatively, and speak to the iterative nature of fables.
He hopes his work can encourage viewers to interpret their own narratives, as well as apply themselves to these other-gendered or trans fae folk that are omnipresent in his art

Artist Statement
I define myself above all else as a multidisciplinary artist, eager to work with whatever medium best allows my concepts to come to life. As a Queer Trans man, I create art from a perspective of abandoning all gender barriers and instead existing for our own aesthetic desires. A long term fascination with folklore as both a topic and concept has led to my work focusing on bright, beautiful, otherworldly creatures, as well as creating supernatural narratives from the world around me. I weave these ideas into my own folktale, using art as a bridge into an imaginary world populated with Fae, which allows for an unbridled exploration of personal narrative and speculative fantasy. The gender and origin stories of my figures are left deliberately ambiguous to help foster the imaginative potential of the viewers. Rather than offer prescriptive concepts around embodiment, my work seeks to create an opening wherein the viewer is encouraged to turn inward for meaning and structure their experience around their own desires and knowledge.
